- Business information: Description of your business and website URL (optional) when you use the Authority Book Auditor at audit.bookkitlab.com.
- Usage data: Standard analytics data (pages visited, time on site, referral source) via Google Analytics 4, if installed.
- Booking data: Name, email, and responses to pre-call questions when you book a session via Calendly.
- Email engagement: Open rates and click rates via Systeme.io when you receive emails from us.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To send you the Authority Book Blueprint and any resources you requested.
- To send follow-up emails relevant to your enquiry (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To personalise our services and communications based on what you've told us about your business.
- To analyse traffic and improve our website and tools.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following services that may process your data:
- Systeme.io — email delivery and contact management (data hosted on their infrastructure via Brevo/Sendinblue)
- Calendly — appointment scheduling
- Netlify — website hosting
- Cloudflare — API proxy and security
- Google Analytics 4 — website analytics (if installed)
- Anthropic (Claude) — the Authority Book Auditor tool uses Anthropic's API to generate personalised blueprints. Your one-line description and website content (if provided) is sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose. It is not stored beyond the session.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact data for as long as you are subscribed to our communications. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@bookkitlab.com. We will remove your data within 14 days of your request.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
7. Cookies

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. API keys and third-party credentials are stored as encrypted environment variables and never exposed in client-side code.
